My objective is to analyze what the hit television show "Desperate Housewives" is revealing about gender roles in today's society. It's important for viewers to see just what message each character on the show is giving the viewers about race, class, ethnicity, and sexuality. Typically, viewers overlook what Desperate Hosuewives implies about today's society. Find out why these women are in fact "desperate" and the ramifications their portrayl of gender has on society.
